Clogged gutters can also cause ice dams. When trapped water from clogged gutters repeatedly freezes and thaws, it can push under shingles, damage your roof, and add extra weight that causes gutters to sag. Keeping your gutters clean prevents all of these problems and protects your home year-round.
Safety is always our top priority when cleaning gutters. If one method doesn’t feel safe, we’ll switch to another. We’re equipped with professional safety gear, including roofing shoes, ropes, and harnesses.
We typically clean gutters by either scooping out debris, using a leaf blower, or combining both methods. This helps us work efficiently while making sure your gutters are completely clean. Once finished, we bag up any leaves or debris and wash off any areas we may have dirtied. This service also includes blowing off your driveway, deck, and walkways.
To make sure your downspouts are clear, we blow air through them—if we see it come out the other end, they’re good to go! If a downspout is clogged, we’ll either flush it with water or take it apart if necessary.
