Shulla Exterior Cleaning provides residential exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Pressure washing (house washing, concrete/driveway/patio washing, deck washing) Window cleaning (interior and exterior, including screens) Gutter cleaning Holiday lighting installation and removal (seasonal) Services are provided within our service area, currently including Madison, Middleton, Verona, and Waunakee, WI. Availability of specific services may vary by season and location.

  1. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time and may be adjusted if actual property conditions differ materially from what was described or observed. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but are not liable for minor delays due to traffic, prior jobs running long, or other reasonably foreseeable circumstances. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment methods as made available through our invoicing platform. Invoices, quotes, and payment reminders may be sent via email, text, or phone call.

  1. Weather and Rescheduling

Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that may affect service quality or safety. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible and to reschedule at the next available opportunity.

  1. Cancellations

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.

  1. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including clearing pets, vehicles, furniture, and personal belongings from the work area as needed. Shulla Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from restricted access or inadequate preparation of the service area.

  1. Satisfaction and Liability

We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with the results. If you have concerns about the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them. Shulla Exterior Cleaning carries liability coverage for damage directly caused by our negligence during the performance of services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from the age, condition, or improper installation of surfaces, fixtures, or materials being cleaned. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Shulla Exterior Cleaning, including appointment confirmations and reminders, job status updates, quotes and invoices, follow-up messages, and promotional offers. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply.
